In order to thoroughly implement the tasks outlined in the Outline for Building a Leading Intellectual Property Nation (2021-2035), guide and standardize the drafting of application documents by domestic and international applicants, enhance the quality of patent applications, and promote the effective integration of patents with the development of international standards, the China National Intellectual Property Administration has compiled the Guidelines for Invention Patent Applications Involving Standardsfor reference by relevant innovation entities.
