A Training Event Titled "Intellectual Property Protection and Utilization Under the Revised Trademark Law" Was Successfully Held

Recently, to fully leverage the one-stop public intellectual property service functions of the Beijing (Zhongguancun) International Intellectual Property Service Hall, the training event titled "Intellectual Property Protection and Utilization Under the Revised Trademark Law" was successfully held in the conference room at the West Gate of Xinhua 1949 Cultural Finance and Innovation Industrial Park. Guided by the Beijing Municipal Intellectual Property Administration and hosted by the Capital Intellectual Property Service Industry Association, the event was jointly organized by China Printing Co., Ltd., Beijing Deheng Law Firm, Beijing MindArch Intellectual Property Office and Beijing Jingdu Law Firm, attracting participants from more than 30 enterprises.

Training Scene
During the thematic sharing session, Wang Wenjun, Lawyer, Partner and Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Business Center at Beijing Deheng Law Firm, delivered a keynote speech entitled "Interpretation of Key Revisions to the Revised Trademark Law and Coping Strategies for Enterprises". Focusing on the new normal of patent examination, he shared a practical guide for enterprises to respond to intellectual property challenges. In the era of AI governance, low-quality patents created through extensive and superficial packaging are rapidly losing market value; only high-value hard scientific and technological achievements that can withstand rigorous examination will receive accurate valuation.Mr. Zhu once participated in compiling training materials for new patent examiners as an instructor.
